Partners |
Partners conduct regular meetings to
evaluate and supervise the implementation of quality
control of case handling. Major critical cases will
be discussed during the meeting. |

Regime of Leadership
by Executive Director |
The Executive Director empowered by the Board of
Partners shall be responsible for implementation of
the quality control mechanism of case handling. |

Regime of Case
Approval |
Receipt of cases is done in the name of D&S
as a whole, when the Executive Director shall after
knowing the basic information of each case decide
on issues like whether or not to accept a case, how
much should be charged and who should be the lawyer
in charge. No lawyers are allowed to accept cases
without authorization. |

Regime of Team
Collaboration |
Based on the different expertise of lawyers, the
method of integrating specialized division with team
collaboration is adopted in handling major critical
and complicated cases, when a team of lawyers is set
up to serve important client(s). |

Regime of Learning
and Seminar |
At fixed interval each week, pertinent state policy,
laws, regulations and new accomplishments as well
as new development in the legal academic circle and
the judicial practice field are studied. Puzzling
and complicated cases are discussed. Lawyers and other
staff members are encouraged to conduct academic studies
and those with accomplishment are rewarded. |
| Regime of Quality Tracking |
Quality Tracking Card is issued to track the service
provided to client(s) by the lawyer(s) in charge .
Meanwhile irregular inquiries to judicial administrative
department, judicial organs, other government departments
and corporate clients are made for feedback on quality
of legal service. |

Regime of Legal
Aid |
Persuant to the stipulations by “Lawyers Law”,
and “Guangdong Provincial Legal Aid Regulations’,
legal aid has been provided to the poverty-stricken,
the disabled and the social vulnerable group. |

Regime of Legal
Expert Advisory |
Well-known Chinese legalists and legal scholars
have been retained to give advice on puzzling, complicated
and typical cases encountered by D&S as a bid
to improve the quality in case handling and optimize
service. |
