With 7 years' successive full-time study in law courses for undergraduate and postgraduate plus 15 years' working experience in the practice of law, Mr. Li is profoundly knowledgeable in law with strong hands-on skill in practice. He has established close relationship with all judicial departments during working in the Supreme People's Procuratorate. Mr. Li is highly professional with strong working capability. He used to win commendation from the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and record of Third Class Merit for many times, and was rated Excellent in the annual assessment of cadres for years on end.
