Having been a lawyer for ten years, Mr.
Xiao has handled more than 400 cases of different disputes.
He has been legal counsel for more than 50 medium-and-large-sized
enterprises in the field of real estate, construction
and investment. Mr. Xiao has handled such legal affairs
as state-owned enterprise restructuring, stock restructuring,
stock transferring. He was a representative for a Korean
client in an international trade case. And his clients
include Shanghai Shengda Network Development Company,
Hunan No.4 Construction Company, Tianjin No.5 Municipal
Project Company. He was one of the co-authors of “WTO
Legal System”. He has published more than 10 theses,
among which some were published in the magazine called
“ Chinese Lawyer” and won the Prize of Excellence. He
was a presenter in a legal consultancy program, and
was invited by some universities to give lectures on
Company Law, Real Estate Law, Economic Law and Lawyer
Practice.
Mr. Xiao is expert at real estate cases, stock restructuring,
stock transferring, investment, IT cases.
