Graduated from university in 1987.
Practice
Mr. Xiong was qualified as a lawyer in
1989 and started his career as a lawyer in 1990. He
has handled hundreds of cases of different kinds. He
has been legal counsel for many enterprises and provided
legal advice for the establishment and restructuring
of famous companies at home and abroad.
Mr. Xiong is expert at tendering/bidding of Construction
project, company establishment and restructuring,
as well as IPO of companies.
