Practice
Ms. Wang used to work as Director of
Legal Department of CCPIT Hunan Sub-council and Legal
Division of Hunan Provincial Bureau of Foreign Trade
and Economic Cooperation. She has been legal counsel
for more than ten foreign trade companies, Sino-foreign
joint ventures, Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises
and wholly foreign-owned enterprises.
Ms. Wang is
expert at International Trade Law, International Investment
Law, Arbitration Law, Maritime and Commercial Law,
and Contract Law.
Academic Achievement
Ms. Wang has published some monographs
such as “International Civil Disputes and International
Commercial Arbitration” and “Credit Card Fraud
and the Research” as well as other theses.
