Practice
Mr. Zhang started his career as a lawyer
in 1993. Over ten years’ experience as a lawyer, he
has accumulated profound legal knowledge and excellent
skills. He has been legal counsel for many large-and-medium-sized
enterprises and other foreign-invested enterprises including
Baling Petrochemistry company of Petrochemistry Group
of China.
Mr. Zhang is expert at legal affairs related to finance
and trade, real estate cases, company law, and contract
