Ms. Yan has been practicing for 15 years
since 1990. With solid academic background and rich
practical experience, she was widely involved in large
project legal services such as Guangzhou City Guangyuandong
Express Way amounted to billions of RMB and Xilang Sewage
Treatment Project.
She also represented and advised government organs
such as Guangzhou City Planning Bureau and Tianhe
Science and Technology Park Management Committee,
and successfully handled several administrative disputes.
She accomplished arbitration cases involving nearly
100 million US dollar and HK dollar in disputes arising
