Mr. Zou was a Judge of the first generation
since the enforcement of ‘Open Door’ Policy in China
in 1978. He had actively participated in hearing business
and commercial cases involving purchase and sale, surety,
lending, insurance, patent, bankruptcy, and indemnification
for damage. His professional capabilities accrued along
with recognition from his colleagues and parties of
the cases.
Since practice, Mr. Zou endeavored to areas including
banking and securities, real estate, foreign investment,
company re-construction. He is especially good at
handling influential civil and business litigation
and arbitration such as Guangdong Branch of Bank of
China v. Shenzhen XXX Group Company (loan surety dispute),
Guangdong Branch of Bank of China v. Zhuhai XXX company
(loan dispute). Mr. Zou is currently advising Oriental
Company Guangzhou Office. |
