LLB, Wuhan University, 1991
Practice
Since practice in 1992, Mr. Qu successively
worked in Guangzhou Yangcheng Law Firm and the legal
affairs department of Guangdong International Trust
and Investment Company. He actively involved in several
influential cases such as Guangzhou Water Supply Co.
v. Guangzhou Cable TV (tort of reputation). He headed
the buying-off project of Guangdong Yunfu Cement Plant
by Hong Kong Changjiang Group. He also widely participated
in foreign merger and acquisitions legal affairs.
Mr. Qu is especially good at assets re-construction,
M&A, banking and securities, and real estate.
Academic Achievement
Published several academic thesis. Besides,
Mr. Qu is one of the earliest advocates of the theory
in segmented property ownership in China.
