Practice
Since practice in 1995, Mr. Song has
been primarily responsible for handling the bankruptcy
case of Dongzhu Industry Head Company, and participating
in debt re-construction of Guangzhou Ethylene Project
amounted to nearly 4 billion RMB. He has accomplished
all-through legal services to several large and intermediate
foreign investment projects independently. He currently
advises several large corporations such as Peking University
Qingniao IT Company, Guangzhou Kaihui Real Estate Development
Co., Ltd., CATIC Import & Export Guangzhou Company.
Mr. Song is familiar with EU Substantial Law and
WTO Rules and Dispute Settlement. He is able to work
with fluent English.
