Mr. Lan worked in the Police and government
agencies for years. He became a lawyer immediately after
China resumed the lawyer’s system, and has been practicing
for over 20 years since then. Mr. Lan acted as legal
counsel for many large- and medium-sized enterprises
and published a lot of research papers. Mr. Lan won
the title of Distinctive Worker in the judicial administrative
system in Guangzhou for many times. He is currently
the senior consultant and senior lawyer of D & S
law offices.
Mr. Lan is an expert in advising Sino-foreign investment
and cooperation, corporate affairs of large- and medium-sized
enterprises, and foreign-related legal services.
