With 10-year practice experience, Mr.
Li represented and advised many financial institutions
and large-scale state-owned enterprises, foreign companies,
listed companies, real estate companies and hi-tech
corporations.
Mr. Li has successfully: handled a foreign arbitration
case of dispute over substantive amounts regarding
Sino-foreign cooperation in developing real estate
projects; acted as agency for MITSUBISHI Motors Corporation
in auto quality litigation; advised in the insolvency
case amounted to over 40 billion RMB concerning nine
insolvent enterprises including Nanyang Industry Group
Corporation.
His accomplishments in non-litigation services included:
a construction investment project involving billions
of RMB; separation, share assignment, assets and share
increase of Guangzhu Westline Superhighway Company
involving 1.6 billion RMB; assignment of contractual
rights and obligations of Jianghe Superhighway involving
several billion RMB.
Mr. Li is experienced in advising issues regarding
