Practice
Since practice in 1990, Mr. Chen worked
in Hubei Hongfa Law Firm, Hubei Lingyan Law Firm and
D & S Law Firm consecutively. Mr. Chen has successfully:
represented over 2000 clients in a class action concerning
savings deposited in the Agricultural Bank and won;
represented a government agency in suing for a Shenzhen
company for real estate dispute involving over billion
RMB; defended and won in a robbery case, which was widely
broadcast by many provincial and municipal TV stations.
Mr. Chen has also accomplished M & A and foreign
investment legal affairs.
Currently, Mr. Chen practices in business dispute,
assets re-construction, M & A and criminal defense.
