Practice
Ms. Liu is experienced in acting for
foreign banks and serving foreign investor’s cross-border
loans and assurance (mortgage of real estate, imported
machines and facilities; pledge of shares; assurance
by a third party). She also works for foreign banks
to deal with approval and registration procedures for
foreign-invested enterprises in applying for cross-border
loans and provision of assurance. Meanwhile, Ms. Liu
assists foreign investors to establish foreign-invested
enterprises, subsidiaries and representative offices
in China. She is skillful in drafting and modifying
legal documents such as contracts and article of associations.
Ms. Liu mainly practices in civil and business litigation,
and non-litigation legal affairs.
