Professional Experience |
Mr. Fu began his practice of law in 2003 and joined D&S in 2004.He's now Head of The International Business Practice Group. Over the past few years. Mr. Fu has focused his attention on foreign-related legal matters ranging from company formation, contract review and amendment, contract dispute, coordination with government representing foreign clients, IP protection, due diligence study and divorce litigation to international trade dispute. His prior multinationals in China for more than ten years involved in a lot of areas of manufacturing facilities as well as import
and export has facilitated him with the necessary business sense in addition to his legal expertise which has been well recognized by the clients he’s now serving. While practicing law in China, Mr. Fu has also been active in participating international seminars like Asia-pacific Regional Arbitration Group Conference and Seminar on IP Protection in Europe and Germany to broaden and deepen the networking with peers elsewhere in the world especially in the Asia-pacific region in an effort to serve clients both in and outside of China. |
