Education and Qualifications
Mr. Zhang used to study in Han Jiang
University and Zhongnan University of Economics and
Law. He is pursuing postgraduate study in Huazhong Normal
University.
Practice
Mr. Zhang started his career as a lawyer
from 1987. He was responsible for providing legal service
to the first National Brokers Exchanges and took part
in the establishment of the famous legal organization
of Han Zheng Street Market. He is legal counsel for
many companies such as medium-and–large- scale companies,
hi-tech companies and other listed companies.
He was awarded the title of “Distinguished Lawyer of
Wuhan City” and “Excellent Judicial Operator”.
Mr. Zhang is expert at Company Law, Contract Law,
Finance and Securities Law, Trademark Law.
