Mr. Wang used to be in charge of and involved
in projects or cases in restructuring of enterprise, mergers
and acquisitions, foreign investment and restructuring
of bankrupt enterprise with rich practical experience
in legal service accumulated. He was also involved in
many projects of legislative drafting and verification,
winning recognition by judicial administrative organs
and lawyers’ association at provincial and local levels
for several times.
Mr. Wang is good at legal affairs in areas like merging,
restructuring of company, investment law, and administration,
etc.
Academic Achievement
He was a co-author of “Study on Legal
Issues of Socialistic Economic Entities” and “Study
on Legal System of Modern Enterprise”. His publication
includes thesis nearly 20 articles including “The
Existing Problems of Development of China Enterprise Groups
and Measures to be taken”, and “Amendment of
Company Law is Imminent with China’s Entry into WTO at
Hand”, just to name a few.
