Started his practice as a practitioner
since 1985, Mr. Li used to work with Zhuhai Foreign-oriented
Economic Law Firm, Zhuhai International Commercial Law
Firm, and Guangdong D&S Law Firm as Lawyer and Director,
having handled more than 700 cases of various kinds
in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
He used to act as Long-term or Project Legal Counsel
for more than 100 entities including enterprises and
institutions.
With sound theoretical background in law plus rich
practical operational experience as well as good professional
ethics, Mr. Li is expert at legal affairs in real
estate, enterprise restructuring, banking and securities,
civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, etc..
