Practice
In the past two decades, Mr. Min has
represented numerous clients, from large multinationals
to mid-size Chinese companies, in various business transactions
and dispute resolution. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Min practiced
in Canada. He advised clients on investment projects
in China as well as M & A. Besides, he has been
actively advising legislation such as Guangdong Provincial
Regulation on E-commerce Transaction Management, which
became effective in 2003. He has also been participating
in international bidding and construction of superhighway
and high-speed train.
Mr. Min practices in the areas of foreign investment
and trade, banking and finance, securities, IP and
information technology and real estate.
