Assigned to work with Zhuhai Municipal
Intermediate People’s Court in 1988, having being involved
in civil and economic trials and enforcement, used to
act as Director of Legal Service Center and Director
of Liquidation Firm . He was qualified via examination
for lawyer in 1993. He began his practice as a practitioner
since 1997, representing more than 10 entitities of
state-owned enterprises, institutions and government
organs including China Construction Bank, China Everbright
Bank, China Minerals Group Co., Beijing International
Trust and Investment Co., Zhuhai Zhuguang Group Co.,
and Zhuhai Administration of Industry and Commerce in
litigation.
Mr. Chen has sound expertise as well as practical
operational capability in banking, real estate, company
restructuring, enterprise liquidation, and case enforcement.
