Graduated from Yunnan University and
Graduate School of Law of Jilin University.
Practice
She has all the while been a practitioner
with rich experience in handling cases. She used to
act as Legal Counsel for large-scale state-owned enterprises,
joint-stock limited companies, sino-foreign joint ventures
and large-scale private businesses, successfully resolved
hundreds of diputes of the enterprises in economic and
civil cases. In particular she used to act as Defender
in several major criminal cases concerning giant amount
of smuggles and corruption. She’s quite skillful with
