Started her career as a lawyer since
1994, Ms. Yang has over 10 years experience as a practitioner
with sound theoretical foundation in law, rich practical
experience and good professional ethics. She has handled
more than 400 cases in litigation and ADR, been involved
in IPO of companies like Shandong Hailong and Livzon
Group. Currently Ms. Yang acts as Legal Counsel of several
companies like International Container Wharf Zhuhai
Co., Zhuhai Daily, Zhuhai Bureau of Education, and Wanlilu
Co.. She’s specially good at legal consulting for enterprises
and familiar with company law as well as operation and
management of enterprises.
Ms. Yang is good at legal affairs related to banking,
securities, company law, foreign investment, tendering
and bidding.
