LLM of Central-south University of Finance and Politics
and Laws.
Now studying for Ph. D of Philosophy at Central-China

Mr. Yan used to work with Ningbo Zhenhai
District Beaureau of Justice、Zhenhai District Law Firm,
Zhuhai Legal Service Center, Zhuhai Enterprise Liquidation
Affairs Firm and Guangdong D&S Law Firm undertaking
legal publicity and practice of law. Mr. Yan has handled
hundreds of cases in criminal, civil and commercial
dispute, particularly a considerable amount of banking
cases and liquidation cases. He has also acted as the
Legal Counsel for several banks.
Rich practical experience
has been accumulated in banking laws and the law of
bankruptcy, Mr. Yan is also familiar with surety law,
contract law and maritime law.
