Mr. Xu graduated from Central-south Institute
of Political Science and Laws .
Currently a member
of China Law Academy, All China Lawyers’ Association,and
International Chamber of Commerce Zhuhai Sub-branch.
Practice
Having been involved in legal work for
more than 40 years, Mr. Xu has been a practitioner for
18 years. He used to be a Procurator at Procuratorate
of Guangxi Autonomous Region, Judge of Guilin Intermediate
Court, Vice Dean of Dept. of Law of Guangxi University,
handled hundreds of cases of various kinds. He has acted
as Legal Counsel for over 20 companies like Guangxi
Film Production Company, Hong Kong Xinli Wallpaper Co.,.
He has rich practising experience and several works
published.
Mr. Xu is good at legal affairs related contractual
litigation, commercial arbitration and criminal defending,
etc.
