Education and Qualification
Bachelor of Economics from Shanxi University.
Practice
Mr. Zhao started his court trial since
1988. He was qualifed as a lawyer in 1994. Mr. Zhao
used to act as Judge, Vice Presiding Judge, Class II
Judge of the Economic Trial Court of Intermediate Court.
He started his career as a practitioner since 2002.
Mr. Zhao has handled several cases of litigation and
ADR in bad asset, corporate investment, and reforming
and restructuring of companies, accumulated rich experience.
Mr. Zhao is good at legal affairs related to banking
dispute, asset operaiton and corporate legal affairs.
Academic Achievement
His publications include “Japan 40
years after World War II”, and “Study on Comparative
Administrative Litigation”.
