LLB from North-west Institute of Political
Science and Laws in July 1987.
Leaving Certificate for Senior Lawyer Training Seminar
in China University of Politics and Laws in Nov. 1998.
Practice
From July 1987 to Sept. 2003, Mr. Chen
worked with several law firms in Shanxi Province as
a Practitioner, Counsulting Company of Hainan University
as Chief Legal Counsel and Justice Bureau Sanyuan County
as Deputy Chief, experienced in legal service work and
judicial administrative work. And he has won recognition
by winning a lot of honors like Outstanding Lawyer,
and Legal Police Cadre Pleasing the People.
In Sept. 2003, Mr. Chen resigned his leadership post
to be a practitioner with D&S Law Firm.
Mr. Chen has laid a sound foundation in laws, enriched
his experience in practice of law with good professional
ethics and wide-spanned knowledge. He’s specially
good at civil and criminal litigation of various kinds
with lots of successful cases.
