Education and Qualification
BA of Hubei Teachers’ College in 1995.
Ms. Zhang was qualified as a lawyer in 1999. She’s also
qualified as an accountant, economist, and supervising
engineer and with relevant experience.
Practice
Ms. Zhang used to work with school, TV
station, enterprise, and law firm, with rich hands-on
experience accumulated in real estate, supervising of
construction project, corporate management, bidding,
and taxation planning. Ms. Zhang possesses good communicative
skills and strong expressiveness. She attended the First
and Second Zhuhai Lawyers’ Debate Contest on TV as a
representative and contributed to D&S Law Firm winning
the Championship, and she was awarded the Best Contestant
in the Second Zhuhai Lawyers’ Debate Contest on TV .
Ms. Zhang is able to handle legal affairs in construction
and real estate, representing in bidding, taxation
and restructuring of enterprise.
