Ms. Ding obtained LLB from Hunan University
in 1992
Ms. Ding obtained Work License on Litigation and Review
jointly issued by Guangdong Provincial Justice Bureau
and Guangdong Provincial Senior Court in 1993.
Ms. Ding was awarded Economist in 1996.
She got Certificate of Accountant issued by Ministry
of Treasury in 1999.
Ms. Ding was awarded the qualification of Independent
Director for Public Companies jointly by Tsinghua University
and China Securities Association and became part of
the bank of talents for independent director under supervision
of State Securities Supervising Committee in 2004.
She became Class III Lawyer in 2004.

She’s now a practitioner with D&S Law Firm.
Ms. Ding is now Legal Counsel for many companies. She
represented many foreign ventures in investment, establishment,
project application, share assignment, change of director
and day-to-day legal affairs.
She has been invovled in several cases of reforming
to joint-stock limted company and restructuring of assets.
Ms. Ding has also been involved in disposition of bad
assets of banking institutions like China Xinda Asset
Management Company and Guangdong Development Bank.
Ms. Ding is good at legal fields like foreign investment,
international trade,banking and securities, corporate
legal affairs, restructuring of corporate assets and
debts.
Academic Achievement
Ms. Ding’s main academic focus has been
on foreign investment, international trade, banking
and securities and corporate legal affairs.
Her works include “Initial Exploration on Cooperation
between Legal Service Industry of Inland China and Hong
Kong and Macao under the Framework of CEPA” and “Risk
and Its Prevention of L/C in International Trade”in
2004.
