Mr. Huang started to work with D&S
Law Firm in July 1999. He passed the National Judicial
Exam in 2002. He also passed Qualification Exam for
Securities in the same year. He became a practitioner
in 2003. Mr. Huang has been involved reforming limited
liability company to joint-stock company, restructuring
of company asset, and IPO of several companies. He has
also successfully represented several litigation cases
in traffic accident, medical treatment dispute, and
work injury, accumulated good experience in litigation
and ADR as well.
Mr. Huang is good at company law, security law, contractual
dispute, emmigration, studying overseas and corportate
legal counsel.
