Mr. Liu used to work at an Intermediate
Court for 20 years, acting as Clerk, Assistant Judge,
Judge, Vice Presiding Judge, and Presiding Judge. Mr.
Liu has laid sound foundation in laws as well as experience
in court trial of civil dispute, criminal case and appeal
for retrial cases. Further he passed the National Judicial
Exam in 2003.
Mr. Liu is good at legal affairs related to project
investment, asset disposition, debts of banks and companies.
Academic Achievemen
Mr. Liu has published over 10 academic
papers on magazines above provincial level, out of which,
the paper entitled “On Qualification of Subject of Litigation
in Bill Dispute” was adopted by State Institute of Judges
on “Application of Laws”and won the Third Prize.
