Education and Qualification
Double Bachelor’s Degree in Laws and
Telecommunication respectively from Zhongshan University
and PLA Guangzhou Institute of Telecomunication.
Mr. Zhang was qualified as a lawyer in 1996. He passed
National Judicial Exam in 2003.
Practice
Mr. Zhang started his career as a practitioner
in 1997, working as Legal Counsel for scores of government
organs and large-sized enterprises. He’s worked at Zhuhai
Garrison Force for 15 years with wide social connections.
Mr. Zhang is good at legal service related to real
estate, criminal defending, debt dispute, marriage
and family dispute, project investment, and indemnification
for personal injury and harm.

Over 70 articles of papers, essay, and
news script have been published on “China Business
Journal”, “China Defense Journal”, “Chinese
