Education and Qualification
LLB obtained in Wuhan University in June
1988, Mr. Li passed National Bar Exam in October of the
same year and became a practitioner with Zhuhai Law Firm.
Practice
Mr. Li initiated set up of Guangdong Jingye
Law Firm, one of the earliest partnership law firms in
Zhuhai in June 1994. He joined D&S Law Firm in 2005.
In his practice of over 10 years, Mr. Li has handled over
500 cases of litigation and ADR , out of which over 10
cases have been influential province-wide, e.g. criminal
defending for Junhao Yang, principal in extraordinary
big smuggling case at Gongbei Border Inspection Station,
construction contract dispute of Giant Tower building,
the dispute of franchising of Happy Tommy, to name just
a few. Mr. Li used to work as Vice Editor-in-chief of
“Zhuhai Legal Journal” and teach laws part-time at Zhuhai
TV University.
Mr. Li is good at legal affairs related to construction,
development of real estate, technological cooperation
and banking.
