Mr. Fu became an Associate Lawyer with
D&S Law Firm since Dec. 2004. He has been involved
in litigation and ADR under guidance of senior lawyers.
Quality legal service has been provided to clients from
Italy, Germany, Denmark, India, Russia and France in terms
of company setup, contract review, negotiation, system
formulation for day-to-day operation, as well as interaction
with government organs and other institutions.
In October 2003, Mr. Fu became a Paralegal with H&H
Law Firm and assisted Lawyer in many fields of legal
service like drafting and review of contract and other
legal instrument as well as coordination with Judge.
From July 1986 to March 2003, Mr. Fu used to be a Lecturer
of English at college, Sales Executive of an export
manufacturer, Interpreter of a foreign enterprise, Purchasing
Manager（international procurement included）and Project
Manager of multinational, accumulating rich experience
in international trade and management of multinationals.
Near-native English proficiency plus strong expressiveness
in Chinese makes Mr. Fu feel quite confident and at
ease in providing foreign-oriented legal service. Key
target will be on foreign-oriented enterprises（foreign
businesses and domestic enterprises involved in international
business） with quality legal service（establishment of
foreign entities, foreign-oriented negotiation,corporate
legal counsel, representation in foreign-oriented litigation
and ADR）
