Ms. Xi undergraduate and postgraduate respectively in Wuhan University and Tsinghua University with the major of civil and commercial law. She joined D&S in 2002 and currently practices at D&S Guangzhou office as a partner.

Ms. Xi was qualified to be a lawyer in 1990. Before joint D&S, she ever worked at a commercial bank as the general manager of legal department, having handled hundred of cases involving security, loan, bank saving, real estate mortgage and over RMB 0.1 billion investment. She also participated in negotiation of almost every key economic project of the bank.

Ms. Xi ever served as an important legal consultant for scores of large & medium-sized enterprises, such as a Hong Kong well-known real estate company, an insurance company ranking in world best 500 corporations and a trust and investment company. Now Ms. Xi provides the legal advice to several big-sized auto companies, including but not limited to Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd and Guangzhou Automobile Group Co. Ltd.

Ms. Xi is familiar with the corporate legal affairs especially the auto company's legal affairs, and specialized in laws and regulations related to banking and insurance with special strength in handling cases related to banking, insurance and financial investment. She has mainly dealt with cases in real estate, finance, insurance, investment, joint venture and labor dispute. She ever represented an insurance claim case which was widely reported by CCTV, China National Radio, Nanfang Daily and Yangcheng Evening News, this case was complied by the Supreme People's Court as the classic case.

Ms. Xi is currently the member of China National Lawyer's Association and the member of Chinese Law Institute.
